Thank you for shopping with Rumors. We’re here to make your shopping experience seamless right down to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below to know how we handle order processing, delivery, and more.

📦 Order Processing & Cancellations

  • All prepaid purchases are final. We do not accept cancellations on prepaid orders once placed.
  • Product patterns or colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
  • No changes or deletions can be made to your order after checkout.
  • If a prepaid order is denied on delivery or remains unreceived, we will issue a store credit coupon (valid for a year) after deducting ₹200 for shipping & handling.

🚚 Shipping Timelines

  • We usually process and dispatch orders within 24 working hours (Mon–Sat).
  • No orders are processed on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines: Metro cities: 3–4 working days, Tier 1 cities: 5–7 working days
  • Remote areas may experience slightly longer timelines

Note: Delays may occur due to third-party logistics or unforeseen conditions like weather or political unrest.

💸 Shipping Charges

Standard Orders:

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1999
  • ₹80 shipping on prepaid & cash on delivery orders below ₹1999

📍 Delivery Address Guidelines

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate while placing the order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Address changes can only be accommodated before dispatch. Once your order is in transit, changes cannot be made.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A WhatsApp message with your tracking number

You can use the tracking link to stay updated on your delivery’s journey.

We partner with trusted couriers like Delhivery, Xpressbees and others to ensure timely and safe delivery of your Rumors orders.

If you experience an unusually delayed or missing order due to logistics issues:
