Return & Exchange Policy

At RUMORS, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for every customer. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we’re here to assist you with any return or exchange concerns.

Return Eligibility:

  • Time Window: All return requests must be reported within 36 hours of delivery.
  • Returns are only available in case of :  Wrong/Damaged product received. 
  • At RUMORS, there's no need to worry about quality when you choose us; we handle it with the utmost care and best quality fabrics. 

To ensure fairness and transparency:

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required to raise any claim regarding:
    • Missing items
    • Wrong products
  • The video must be recorded clearly from start to finish without cuts, from the moment you open the outer packaging.
  • In rare situations, if the packaging seems tampered, this video helps us escalate the issue with our courier partners.

Note: Returns or complaints made after the stated timelines will be declined.

Return Process:

  • Initiate a return by contacting us via Instagram.
  • Our team will review your request and arrange for a return pick-up (where serviceable).
  • Pick-up attempts will be made twice. If your PIN code is in a non-serviceable area, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Exchange Policy (for Size Issues):

  • We offer exchanges in case of size-related issues.
  • Reach out to us on Instagram (@rumors.in_) to initiate an exchange.
  • A charge of ₹200 is applicable for round-trip courier handling (pickup + redelivery). This fee is collected on behalf of the logistics provider, not RUMORS.
  • As an affordable brand with tight margins, we currently do not offer free exchanges.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will conduct a quality check. If the product passes inspection, we will ship your requested size.
  • Returns with signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer will not qualify for an exchange.

Exchange Pick-Up Charges:

  • A flat fee of ₹200 will be applied for pick-up of two products at once.
  • An additional ₹50 will be charged for each extra item in the exchange request.
  • No return/exchange fee will be applied if the exchange is due to a wrong/damaged item received.
