Are your products true to size?

Our products are designed to be true to size. Please refer to our size guide on each product page for the most accurate fit.

How do I start an exchange process?

Please DM us on Instagram or email us at therumors.in@gmail.com with your order number. All exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available across India.
However, for quicker deliveries, we recommend choosing prepaid at checkout — courier partners often prioritize prepaid shipments.

How long will my order take to arrive?

• Metro cities: 3–4 working days
• Tier 1 cities: 5–7 working days
• Remote areas may take a little longer due to logistics partner availability.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message and email with the tracking link. You can use it to monitor your shipment in real-time.
